Employees are always energized when they are winning and we recognize their contributions. Each leader needs to look at how you are celebrating the wins and recognizing performance.

We have seen the great energy that comes from having a clear vision and clear goals that our people can achieve. Leaders have to lead for this to happen.

It is important for people to understand the vision particularly in these difficult days. Then, help them to understand how their talents can drive the company to success.

Great Question
Leaders and organizations that are able to define clearly what a win is and then communicate to each employee what will happen when you win provides the greatest source of motivation. Short term goals really keep people connected and energized. |

What are you doing to motivate your employees and, more importantly, keep that momentum going?
