When people are burned out in the dog days of summer it is a great time to focus on gaining energy in the morning start up. You can create incentives that employees can rally around.

Which of the following do you feel is the best idea for improving your morning start-up/out-the-gate procedures?
-Greeter's Table for supervisors in the morning -A "yard crew" only responsible for parking, refueling, loading, etc... -Staggered start times -Post large clocks around the yard -Incentive programs -Positive peer pressure...track crews against each other for their time out the gate -Clock people in as they are heading out the gate...give everyone a small raise and don't pay for time spent in the yard Let us know what ideas you like, don't like, and why!
